Processing of Orders

Barefaced Beauty Ltd. aim dispatch all in stock items within 1-2 working days of receiving your order, although in most cases orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock but this is rare as all available items are normally in stock. If an item it out of stock we will adivse you of this within 3 working days of placing your order and you may cancel your order at this stage by emailing us at customerservice@BarefacedBeauty.co.uk

Delivery 

Delivery Charges:

UK: Flat rate of £1.95

Rest of Europe: Flat rate of £5.95

Delivery Estimate:

Orders are normally despatched within 1-2 working days although if an order is received before 11AM on a working weekday we do try our very best to despatch it the same day.

Delivery Method:

UK: Despatched by Royal Mail 1st class post or Royal Mail Special Delivery (normally for orders of £50 or more) 

Rest of Europe:  Despatched by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed for which are priority express services with an estimated delivery of around 4-6 days.

Any delivery period stated is approximate.

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These and any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Barefaced Beauty Ltd advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

We make no promise that materials on the BarefacedBeauty.co.uk site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the BarefacedBeauty.co.uk Site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You agree that as the importer of record of any goods ordered you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods.

Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Returns

Returns Procedure

Please email Barefaced Beauty Ltd at returns@BarefacedBeauty.co.uk for a returns number. 

This will enable faster processing of your return. Returns numbers are issued for your protection, this is your only reference.

All returned items should be sent insured via recorded delivery, (unless otherwise instructed by our staff at time of issuing a returns number). Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We do not collect goods.

Barefaced Beauty Ltd advise for your own protection to retain a proof of postage in case the goods are damaged or lost in transit. Barefaced Beauty Ltd requests that goods should be returned in their original sealed packaging where possible, with labels intact. Goods must be unused, and unsoiled and in re-saleable condition.

Barefaced Beauty Ltd is entitled to make a charge for damaged or missing items and this may affect the total amount credited to you.

The consumer protection (distance selling) regulations require that the consumer will provide written notice of a cancellation within 7 working days. The 7 working days start from the day after the day the consumer receives the goods.

Once Barefaced Beauty Ltd receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to Barefaced Beauty Ltd from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order less any delivery or admin charges.
