This summary of our terms and conditions (full copy on request) are to help keep the Barefaced Beauty Ltd website a safe place to trade and set out an agreement reached between you and Barefaced Beauty Ltd in connection with this site.

BarefacedBeauty.co.uk is a trading style of Barefaced Beauty Ltd. You should understand that by placing an order, you accept the following terms and conditions:

General

The owner of this web site is Barefaced Beauty Ltd.

Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with Barefaced Beauty Ltd

Our products are sold for personal use only. There will be no contract of any kind between you and Barefaced Beauty Ltd unless and until we actually dispatch the products to you. Your order including payment is an offer to buy from us, so nothing we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the products to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you and to give you a full refund. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know and unless you then request your payment be returned we will hold your payment until the product is next in stock. At the moment the goods are dispatched and not before, a contract will be made between you and us.

All Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling.

BAREFACED BEAUTY LTD will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card type supported.

This purchase will appear on your statement as BAREFACEDBEAUTY.CO.UK

Please print & retain a hard copy of the transaction receipt that will be sent to you via email.

Barefaced Beauty Ltd. will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.

All sensitive consumer data collected on this site is used only for the purpose of completing the transaction.

By accepting our terms and conditions you are also accepting any terms and conditions set out by our suppliers.

You must check that the details of your order are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

You undertake that all details you provide to Barefaced Beauty Ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us as a result of this, a charge will be made for re-delivery.

If we have attempted to deliver your goods via Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by the post office, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we may make a charge to cover our costs in sending these goods out to you. You may also be charged postage at our current tariff if you require the goods to be re-delivered.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the post office has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. You will need to take this up with the local sorting office.

In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquiries have been dispatched. This can take up to 7 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Barefaced Beauty Ltd as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We do hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please get in touch. Our policies are as follows.

Any unopened products are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

A product that has been opened or used but which you are not completely satisfied with can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. 

All returns require:

1) the order number or name/address details to match the record on our system.

2) the physical return of the product to our premises.

  • We can only refund via the original purchase method. For refunds of items purchased with a gift voucher, or given as a gift, we can only offer an exchange, and in every case, we must be able to trace the donor of the item.
  • You can only exchange or refund purchases from a retail partner/stockist/reseller directly from the retail partner where the item was purchased.
  • With all refunds, please note it can take your card provider 3 to 5 working days to credit your account after it has been processed.

HOW TO GET A REFUND

 

Free Returns By Post - UK

Please request your return by logging into your account and clicking the Request return button beside the order in question, then tick the items you want to return, select a reason for return and then click the Request return button. We will then review your request and email you back within 1-2 working days with a link to print your prepaid shipping label.

  • Pack up the item(s) to be returned in either the original shipping packaging or a box of your choice – but please note it must be smaller than 61cm (L) x - 46cm (W) x 46cm (D)
  • Print and apply the prepaid label to the package and take it to your local post office or post box for despatch. If you do not have a printer then please email us at info@barefacedbeauty.co.uk and we will arrange an alternative way for return of your product/products.  

International Returns

At the present time we regret we do not offer a free returns service internationally. If you wish to send an item back to us, you must meet the costs of international tracked shipping yourself. If you wish to choose this route, please contact Customer Service before shipping your item. We cannot be responsible for any items shipped without prior notification, that are then not received.

Problems With Your Order

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the receipt of the item. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are received. Simply email info@barefacedbeauty.co.uk  or call us on +44 (0) 203 4883316 during our opening hours with your name, address and order reference number.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

If you notice a package is damaged, please in the first instance do not accept it.

If you do accept a parcel and only notice damage after opening, inform us within 48 hours via email to info@barefacedbeauty.co.uk with a photograph. We will do our best to make good the damage.

INCORRECT PRODUCTS SENT

Our products are picked by human beings, and sometimes they make a mistake! Let us know within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@barefacedbeauty.co.uk with a photograph, and we will ensure you receive the correct item.


NON-DELIVERY OF ITEMS

If your item is delayed or lost by the delivery provider, we may be able to refund your postage charges or resend the item free of charge, depending on the circumstances. If however, the item was awaiting collection and not collected within the time window, or if the tracking information indicates the item was refused by the customer, we may charge additional postage costs to resend the item, and will need to resend it to a different address from the original one used.

PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUES

If you feel that the product quality of an item purchased is not up to the expected standard, please get in touch so we can do our best to put it right. Let us know via email to info@barefacedbeauty.co.uk, attaching a photo illustrating the issue and as detailed a description as possible. Please aim to contact us as soon as possible after the purchase.

Liability

Barefaced Beauty Ltd. attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is truthful and accurate but makes no warranty as to the accuracy and disclaims all liability in respect of such information.

BarefacedBeauty.co.uk will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Barefaced Beauty Ltd shall, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Barefaced Beauty Ltd within 7 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Barefaced Beauty Ltd does not accept liability for:-

a) Business losses and/or losses to non consumers.

b) Goods delivered to Work/Alternative addresses given by the cardholder which has been signed for other than the card holder.

Please Note:-

Caution must be maintained when having goods sent to a Work/Alternative address as Barefaced Beauty Ltd will not accept liability for goods which have been signed for at the address or company to which the goods were delivered (other than the cardholders address at your request). We strongly advise if you work in a place which has a high number of employee’s, i.e. hospitals or universities that you have the goods delivered to your home address as tracing can be difficult in these circumstances.

Processing of Orders

Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are sent by Barefaced Beauty Ltd. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site.

Barefaced Beauty Ltd. aim dispatch all in stock items within 1-2 working days of receiving your order, although in most cases orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. We will inform you if an item is out of stock and advise you within 7 days of your order. You may cancel your order at this stage by emailing us at customerservice@BarefacedBeauty.co.uk

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days, however, please allow 7 working days for delivery.

Title does not pass until payment is made in full.

Complaints

If you feel you have any cause to complain, contact us via email. We will respond to all queries and complaints within 5 working days. Email us at complaints@BarefacedBeauty.co.uk and advise us of the details.

We pledge to:

1. Acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days

2. Advise our consumers how long it will take to resolve the complaint

3. Keep the consumer informed throughout the process

Delivery/Title/Risk

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These and any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Barefaced Beauty Ltd advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

We make no promise that materials on the BarefacedBeauty.co.uk site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the BarefacedBeauty.co.uk Site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You agree that as the importer of record of any goods ordered you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods.

Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

Barefaced Beauty Ltd. (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in, subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features without notice. This Agreement is limited to the Program and is not intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts. We may also modify this Agreement at any time and your continued use of the Program following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

The Program allows Users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based subscription forms. Your consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Regardless of the opt-in method you used to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program. If you have opted in, the Program provides updates, alerts, information, promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., product discounts) from Barefaced Beauty Ltd. via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. SMS/MMS mobile messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency varies. If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP to any mobile message from Us in order to opt-out of the Program. You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand and agree that the preceding options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.

For any questions please text "HELP" to the number you received the messages from. You can also contact us for more information. If you wish to opt-out please follow the procedures above.

We may change any telephone number we use to operate the Program at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information with us related to your receipt of messages, including, without limitation, notifying us immediately if you change your mobile number.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Program or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own. If at any time you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number that has been used to subscribe to the Program, including canceling your service plan or selling or transferring the phone number to another party, you agree that you will complete the Opt-Out process set forth above prior to ending your use of the mobile telephone number. You understand and agree that your agreement to do so is a required part of these terms and conditions. You further agree that, if you change your telephone number without notifying Us of such change, you agree that you will be responsible for all costs (including attorneys’ fees) and liabilities incurred by Us, or any party that assists in the delivery of the SMS/MMS mobile messages, as a result of claims brought by individual(s) who are later assigned that mobile telephone number. This duty and agreement shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.

You agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Program, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

You may not use or engage with the Platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you use or engage with the Platform and are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years of age, you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so. By using or engaging with the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are not under the age of thirteen (13) years, are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), and have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use or engage with the Platform, or are of adult age in your jurisdiction. By using or engaging with the Platform, you also acknowledge and agree that you are permitted by your jurisdiction’s Applicable Law to use and/or engage with the Platform.


Miscellaneous

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order.

If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions and/or you have changed your mind about your purchase, please click the “Cancel Order” button on our shopping cart.

Barefaced Beauty Ltd may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and post the new version on the website. All purchases from the date of posting onwards will be governed by that new version.

You are advised to read (and are responsible for reading) all information on this website fully.
